How much does one have to still pay if they find an alternative accommodation?

The contribution associated with attendance at the seminar is set so that with the estimated number of participants, their contributions will at least cover the cost of renting the sports centre. We have to cover the amount for the hall in which the puja and most of the main program will take place, as well as for the two halls in which both men and women will sleep, regardless of how many people sleep in the halls. For this reason, the contribution is uniform (with a lower price for Eastern countries and also a lower price for yuvas and children) whether participants choose to sleep in the hall or elsewhere. Therefore, if you decide to arrange accommodation elsewhere, this is not a reason to reduce the contribution as it does not reduce these costs.

But at the same time, above all, we wish that everyone who has the desire to come to the puja can come and share the depth of the meditations and bring their vibrations. So if the amount is so high for you that you cannot afford to come, we will be happy to accept a lower amount contributed by you but if possible not less than 70 % of the standard contribution. If this would also be a lot, please write how much you could afford to info-easter2024@nirmala.cz and we will try our best to find a solution for you.

How much does one have to still pay if they do not eat the food offered in the Sports Centre?

The contribution is set as a lump sum for the whole seminar from Friday evening (including dinner) till Monday morning (including breakfast). For this reason, the contribution is uniform (with a lower price for Eastern countries and also a lower price for yuvas and children) whether participants choose to eat in the sports center or elsewhere. Therefore, if you decide to arrange accommodation or food elsewhere, this is not a reason to reduce the costs.

If this would also be a lot, please write how much you could afford info-easter2024@nirmala.cz and we will try our best to find a solution for you.

Will there be any discount for families or adults with less income/pension?

We wish that everyone who has the desire to come to the puja can come and share the depth of the meditations and bring their vibrations.

How much should one pay max so that there won't be financial deficit for Czech as hosting country with Venue?

How much should one pay max so that there won't be financial deficit for Czech as hosting country with Venue? It is difficult to give the exact number. The contribution associated with attendance at the seminar is set so that with the estimated number of participants, their contributions will at least cover the cost of renting the sports centre. We can not know the exact number of participants in advance, we can not know the share of Eastern and Western countries yogis, the share of yuvas and children. Therefore it is difficult to say exactly as many of the costs are the same whether 300 or 1500 yogis come. The more yogis join, the more likely it is that we will be able to cover all the costs from their contribution but with the estimated number of participants we hope to cover biggest part of the costs.

Dogs and pets

Unfortunately, it is not so easy with dogs. Standardly, no dogs are allowed in the sports center premises at all.
We tried to discuss and negotiate with them, but they prefer to have no dogs on the premises (including outside!).
Only exceptionally, they might agree, that small silent dogs would be brought to the center in a pet carrier. The dog could not walk in the center at all and could be brought in the pet carrier to the room only. No dogs would be allowed in the puja hall, dining hall and any other areas than the room at all, not even in the pet carriers.
Further, we can't guarantee we will have a room for you as preference is given to yogis who need a bed for health reasons and further to those coming by plane. No dogs could be in the halls that will be used for sleeping.
In thinking about how we could help you, we see two options: either you can look for hotels and other accommodation opportunities in the town of Nymburk, or, if traveling by car, you can also see for accommodation in Podebrady, a nice bath town 9 km from the sports center. The second idea is to use a hotel for dogs nearby. You could leave the dog there for the time during the seminar. We found this one: www.hotelpropsy-praha.cz on the internet, but we do not have any experience with it.
Do you think any of these might be an option for you?

I wish to join but the amount is too high for you No worry contact us!

we will try our best to find a solution for you. We also encourage those who can contribute slightly more to do so, and we can use this money for the brothers and sisters for whom the standard amount would not be affordable.
If more money is received, we will donate it to the sahaj projects. If this happens, we'll set up a voting to decide collectively on where the money should be donated. The Mother of Jesus is Shri Mahalakshmi. Let us wish to give as much as we can with a view to enabling those who otherwise could not come.
